When will my order ship?

• All orders are roasted fresh and ship as soon as possible via USPS 3-Day flat rate (Monday-Friday). If you place an order Friday afternoon, it will most likely ship out the following Monday afternoon.

How does local delivery work?

• We offer free local delivery in Portland based on certain zip codes. Your order will arrive on Tuesday, Wednesday or Friday depending on when your order is placed. You will receive an "out for delivery" notification on the day your order will arrive. All local deliveries are fulfilled as soon as possible and only by Extracto employees...with that said, please understand that we are not the USPS or Amazon...we are just coffee folks. If you have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note on your order, so we don't drive across town and find that we can't access your building.

• All orders (except local delivery) are shipped USPS 3-Day flat rate to anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico.
